Bellyard, West Midtown Atlanta, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, located in The Interlock mixed-use property, has opened. Owned by Atlanta-based Three P Partners and operated by Pivot, the hotel has 161 suites and guestrooms.
Amenities include approximately 7,000 sq. ft. of versatile indoor and outdoor event space, a 24/7 fitness center and Drawbar, an American tavern-style restaurant.
Three P Partners has tapped a variety of local partners for the property, including design by Nelson Worldwide; authentic French pastries and coffee from Atlanta-based Saint Germain French Bakery; and a collection of local art with pieces from Amy Parry Projects, Tiny Doors Atlanta, Iron to Art, Art & Associates, Lauren Williams Art and Pierpoint LLC.
